Global Marine has more than a century and a half of experience in the installation and maintenance of submarine cable systems.

The subsea cables we install and maintain help meet the demand for connectivity across a variety of industries. This can range from carrying increasing volumes of voice and data traffic for the telecommunications industry, transporting electricity for power companies and wind farm owners right through to providing fibre optic control functionality to oil platforms and subsea observatories.

By the nature of our work, Global Marine's fleet of state-of-the-art ships and specialist crew work in some of the most demanding ocean environments in the world. We also pride ourselves on our proven ability to adapt our cabling expertise to a diverse range of industries which include:

  • Telecommunications
  • Oil & Gas
  • Renewable Energy
  • Deep Sea Research

To demonstrate this range of experience, some of our recent projects are highlighted.
